i'm mew. or at least, that's been my pen name for a million millennia.

i joined deviantart 10-some years ago and, like many artists that i've grown up with, have drifted from the site in favor of other gallery and social media. however, i can't part with this account-- even when it's filled with middle school cringe and has That One Amy Rose fanart --and i try to update with more of my polished work. my interests have definitely changed, and so has my target audience; still, i see new followers and support every day.

despite my lack of activity and interaction on this site, i just wanted to let you guys know i appreciate your support and do read every comment, even if i don't respond. :')

and-- that's really it LOL. i wish i could say i'd be more active here for you guys, but unfortunately can't; i just needed a bit of a formal 'notice of change' on my page. everything else on this account will remain the same, so i hope my history of 'XD LOL RANDOM PENGUIN O_o' is charming/amusing.

Hey guuuys, it has been a while. Christmas is fast approaching! I hope everyone is having a swell December, whatever holiday you may celebrate. I'm having a pretty good time, with my 1 month break in 2 weeks and all.~

Sorry I haven't been very active, if at all. I'm currently more focused with a current commissioned project, so I don't expeeect to do anything for myself for a while? Of course, when I say this, I'll probably do the opposite. (Really, I just need to try and have more fun than being professional with art) So yeah, thats where I have been, + school. I've got like...11k messages and I probably won't go through them all. So please tell me if there is something you want me to see.

On a side note, I have fuzzy warm ear muffs. u@

Oh and. I adopted my bf's neighbor's kitty omg. *u* I went to visit my bf one day, and I see this adorable kitty. We made eye contact but it left when I got out of the car. I told my bf about it, and he opens the door and IN COMES THIS KITTY! Of course, I had to let it back outside even though I wanted to pet it more. :c Later on, we were going to go out when this kitty ran in again. ♥ I petted it and loved iiit and played with iiit and watched it sleeep and named her Mango. C: I miss heeeer~~

Umm! Job hunting sucks, for serious. :c I feel like I've sent way too many applications- anyone have advice for someone such as I? I've only been working for family so far so this will be my first "real" job.

In this past month I've killed about 20 flies. Something's up in this house. @_@

Guys guys guys

I've been more inactive than usual lately ahaha ;_; sorry. The router here wasn't compatible with my Windows 7, so until now, I didn't have access to the internet OH WOEEEE

Not much drawing either. :u this whole week my cousins stayed over- I haven't seen them in like 5 yeeears so it was fun catching up on them. c: I kind of wish my family interacted with our relatives more.

College is gay and won't put in all my data. =w= I wanna register my last Humanities class please. Speaking of edumacation, I got my AP scores!

:u I guess I can't handle 4 APs too well. But I knew passing Calc was a long shot thing (what kind of Asian can't do math). I'm glad I don't have to touch English classes for a while though HURHURHUR I hate reading. somuch. somuch. D8
